These Terms govern your use of brickmafiaofficial.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by BRICK MAFIA, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who Can Buy

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (18 in most U.S. states) to place an order.

2. Products

Every item is made to order. Once we accept your order, production begins at our fulfillment partner — expect 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. We make every effort to show product colors, embroidery details, and fits accurately, but slight variation from monitor to garment is normal for real-thread embroidery.

3. Original Designs and Parody

All BRICK MAFIA designs are original in-house works, created as satirical or parodic tributes. BRICK MAFIA, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LEGO Group, The Walt Disney Company, Lucasfilm Ltd., or any other rights holder referenced by our designs. Trademarks appearing anywhere on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in USD and can change without notice. Any promotional discount code is valid only during the period, per the limits, and on the products stated when it's issued. Payment is captured at checkout via Stripe or PayPal; your card is charged before production starts.

5. Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more (subtotal, before tax); orders under $100 are charged the rate calculated at checkout. International orders are charged the international rate at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse, correct, or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, restricted regions, or resale/wholesale patterns. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund. You may request cancellation before production starts by emailing brickmafiaofficial@gmail.com; once our production team begins production, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Returns

Because every item is made to order, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or misshipped items. See our Refund Policy for details and time limits.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, our logo, product photos, product designs, and copy are the property of BRICK MAFIA, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or our products without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Site to break any law, harass anyone, upload malware, scrape data at scale, or attempt to compromise the Site's security. We may block or terminate access if you do.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site links to and uses third-party services (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, our production team, analytics providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRICK MAFIA, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRICK MAFIA, LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BRICK MAFIA, LLC harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
