BRICK MAFIA, LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates brickmafiaofficial.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Payment details are entered directly with our payment processors and are never seen or stored by BRICK MAFIA — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.

Communications. When you email us or subscribe to our launch list we keep the email address, your message, and any information you volunteer so we can respond and, if you subscribed, send you updates about drops.

How We Use It

  • Fulfill orders — process payment, produce your item with our manufacturing partner, and ship it.
  • Send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping updates, tracking).
  • Provide customer support and respond to your messages.
  • Send marketing emails only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe from every email.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, protect the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

Who We Share It With

We share the minimum information needed with the vendors that run our store:

  • Shopify — hosts our store and processes checkouts. Shopify Privacy Policy.

  • Our production and fulfillment partner — produces and ships your order (name available on request; only order details needed to fulfill are shared).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
