Everything we sell is made to order — production starts at our fulfillment partner as soon as your payment is captured. Because there is no inventory to restock, we do not accept returns for size exchange, buyer's remorse, or changed mind. We do stand behind the quality of every piece.
What we replace or refund
You're covered for:
- Manufacturing defects — misprinted or off-center embroidery, loose stitching that unravels, holes, or incorrect stitching color.
- Damage in transit — the item arrived torn, stained, or otherwise damaged.
- Wrong item shipped — you received a different product, size, or color than you ordered.
How to file a claim
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any of the issues above apply, email brickmafiaofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (e.g. #1234)
- A clear photo of the issue, including a photo of the affected area and the garment tag
- A short description of what's wrong
We'll review and get back to you within 3 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll either send a free replacement or refund the item — your choice. We do not require the defective item to be returned.
What we don't cover
- Wrong size selected at checkout (please use our size chart before ordering)
- Wrong shipping address entered at checkout
- Change of mind or "didn't like the look in person"
- Wear-and-tear damage: fading, shrinking from hot wash/dry, embroidery snags from rough use
- Sale items marked final sale
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank/card companies typically post refunds within 5–10 business days after we issue them.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before production starts by emailing us immediately. Once production starts (usually within a few hours of order confirmation), cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping cost on refunds
If we approve a refund for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped, we refund the item price AND the original shipping cost you paid. Refunds for any other reason (e.g. Shopify order cancellation before shipping) do not include shipping if the item has already shipped.
